As you're aware, we are a 100% all-volunteer fire company. We are a privately incorporated 501(c)3 Non Profit and provide fire and rescue services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to the Liberty Corner section of Bernards Township. We have provided our services for free since 1910. The Liberty Corner section of Bernards Township is approximately 18 square miles (of the 26 square miles in Bernards Township) and includes over 7,500 residences and businesses. We are responsible for raising a majority of our annual operating budget on our own. This money goes to firefighting and protective equipment, training, and truck maintenance amongst other necessary expenses.
